It can be enormously helpful to have a guide and a structure to support this journey. The Transition Program is a five-step process that facilitates deep reflection for those embarking on change. It is a semi-structured approach based on research and insights allowing room for much flexibility.
The process will uncover what sits beneath the stories we tell ourselves. See it as an important first step on the journey to creating a new narrative. The goal is to experience a deep knowing, where we feel aligned and in flow. Where confusion falls away and our internal critic settles.
What emerges is a clear sense of our values, our personal purpose or why – both aligning to become our North Star, a light that provides the focus for the journey ahead.

We begin with your current reality looking at what makes you happy, satisfied, and fulfilled, both professionally and personally. From there we look for the gaps; where you are seeking more. Rounding it off with understanding your motivation for pursing change.
Looking back, we reflect on your life so far, exploring the highs and lows of your journey to identify your unique strengths and values. Through that process, we define your North Star, your inner knowing to provide guidance for the future.
Now we look inwards to connect with your unconscious motivations. We move beyond your rational cognitive thought processes to connect with your emotions, gut instincts, and deeper desires for what matters most. The outcome is the development of a purpose statement describing your place in the world and the contribution you’d like to make.
Looking forward, we imagine your vision for the future. Using narrative coaching we focus on letting go of the old story, releasing what might be holding you back and replacing it with a new rich and embodied narrative.
Now we make it happen with action planning to advance your journey. We review your objectives and ensure we’ve met expectations. We get clear on the mindset and behavioural shifts required to create your new life story.
