Sarah brings to her coaching over 20 years experience in senior management roles in both the UK and Australia. She has worked in executive coaching and leadership for the last 14 years and has over 4,000 hours of working with leaders.
Sarah’s professional background was in marketing and sales within travel and consumer goods including alcohol and confectionery. She began as a graduate trainee and progressed into senior executive roles. Sarah also spent four years on the agency side in marketing consulting and media.
Sarah has a deep commitment to making a difference in society at an individual and organisational level. On leaving the corporate world, she worked as marketing director for a children’s charity and as a philanthropy consultant with a global health research institute.
During her time as an executive coach Sarah has worked with all levels of leadership, from senior executives through to front line managers within a range of sectors. These include finance, consumer goods, media, consulting, property development, logistics, hospitality, energy and utilities, public education, and not-for-profit organisations.
